Should the LEDs light up where the battery's are? There is a red light on the part that plugs in the wall but nothing is lit up on the battery part which makes me think it's broken.
The batteries that came with it already have a charge. Put some old ones in and no lights either

The lights have never worked on mine either.
Still charges the batterys though.
Only the light on the plug works on mine - goes from red to green when charging complete.

Try emailing Exposure direct. I was at the Strathpuffer a few years back when they were on charging duty and I mentioned my charger was acting up and without any prompting they said 'Here have a new one, FOC!' Still working perfectly.
