Or patchy, just like their lights, depending who you ask. My personal experience of them has been very good as well though.

ime its been folks i know to have gone in demanding service or blatenyly lying that have been shut down like yesterdays auld newspapers.

I called them up , explained i dropped my light(also well out of warrenty) and now the LED unit didnt work(+ the light now rattled) - they did a repair for 15 quid inc return postage within 2 days.

Never had a problem with their service. Even for things caused by my own hamfistedness.

That said, my Flash/Flare combo is a bit like Tiggers broom, think only the casings are the original!
