I ordered some stuff from them on Monday. About 10mins later I got a call saying the item is in stock but damaged, so they'll order the newer version from suppliers at no extra cost. Told to expect a few days delay if I still wanted it.
A day later I get a dispatch notification with a DPD tracking code. It arrived next day at 8:30am.
I was very impressed with the communication and customer service.
Judging by their Trustpilot score, I'm not the only one.

Used them a few times recently as had good prices and stock. Everything came quickly too.
I bought a bike from them a few years ago but was unsure of the sizing, so they got the guy from next door (who is a similar size to me) to sit on it and pose for pics. Very helpful.
I like them. BTW though, they're in Kilmarnock. Big shout for the Ayrshire massive

Best stocked bike shop in Scotland, and the guys are a proper helpful bunch, owner a good mate of mine.
I like the fact they only list stuff they have in stock, even if it does mean an extra call to get what you need if they don't.

They're big into ebikes Stu, some cracking bikes. Mechanic was showing me the new Focus Sam yesterday, really corking looking bike.
Boycotted on a matter of principle. I refuse to pay additional postage charges just because my postcode happens to start with the letters PH.
