There's an apostrophe missing in the description?

Nope - Highroad used Giant in their T mobile days and after the name change in 2007(?). Moved to Spesh later so it's not that....

Still not sure what it is though. Size is right for an ex Cavendish frame - he's a short arse.

Seller reckons he's had it 5 years which should mean it's whatever cav was riding 2009-2010 right? Wasn't he riding a Scott then?

Does it say he bought it straight after the team finished with it? Maybe they didn't get round to selling them for a couple of years, maybe someone else bought it straight from the team then he bought it off them.

Jeez as soon as I looked at it the saddle to bar drop looks huge and way more than on any of cavs other bikes .. It's an integrated seat mast so you can't add to it ?? Maybe it's a skewed pic but I thought it was glaringly obvious ๐Ÿ˜•

Fair point In that case what's the issue OP? Was a team bus robbed or something? Is it knicked?

That was it? Disappointed.

You know that's a TCR right - one of the most sloping top tubed compacts ever made? And in the photo the top tube is horizontal. Once the bike is in the right attitude the drop is waaaaay shorter. Also this is 2007 - there's a chance he has refined is position in the interim.

Wanders off kicking can thwarted on my work avoidance spot the error investigation for an error that was never there....

Depends on the frame I guess. Drop looks reasonably big on this, his scott was similar.

And would also look different once bars, wheels, etc fitted.

Anti-climax or what!

Looks painful.

Yeah, weird that the ad was pulled rather than just edited.

Possibly sold the frame elsewhere or struck a deal outwith eBay.

I don't think this thread and the fact that's its been pulled are remotely connected.

Seat masts always look long on the TCR because of the sloping top tube.
