Are the codes only issue once for multiple purchases? I,m looking to make a purchase and the Evans cycles link does not want to send a code to my in box. I have used it before so do you get one code for all purchases and if so how do i retrieve it ?
I was confused by this and tried to get a second code that never turned up. Tried my original code for a second purchase and that worked a treat. So hang on to your code and keep using it. (not everything gets the discount, my bar tape did but glasses cleaner and anti fog didn't)
This was my thoughts about it being reusable. However I have looked at a previous order where i used the code and it was not visible. Any tips on find it?
Is there no way to retrieve the original email? Otherwise I can only suggest contacting Evans or BC.
accidentally deleted my original email, so find myself in the same situation. Spoke to someone on the Evans chat function at the weekend and gave them the details. They were passing this to the admin team to deal with. Haven't heard anything from them yet. Fingers crossed.
I emailed BC in the end and they have forwarded a new unique code for me to keep and use.
