Anyone used these bleed kits? Or should I just man up and pay full price for an Avid one?

Cheers

As above, worked really well, no brainer given the price.

Bought a Reverb bleed kit from Epic and it's job done, cheap and really good clear instructions with it too.

Good up to a point however on mine the plastic tubing comes off the syringe pretty easily now. I have had a problem spraying dot5 fluid over my garage fairly recently. I think a blob of glue could fix this though.

yeah sometimes the seal on the tube/syringe aint great when you draw the air out of the fluid to start with so air leaks in/ Some are good, some are bad

No associated at all with Epic (first post and all that), but my avid kit worked great. I was initially sceptical, but had a decent chat with the guy who runs it and glad i made the right choice.

Even if the seals go after a while, they are chep enough to buy several times over and i'm sure the avid's own doesn't last forever ๐Ÿ™‚
