hi,
my humvee trousers brought before xmas have split in the groin area, no tears, just lost the threads.
a new pair of humvee shorts have a different stitching, three rows, these have two.

endura say go back to shop etc.

anyone with experience of this know what happens next?

get sent off? wait ages, waste time going back and forth? or do you get a new pair straight off

or do i get the needle and thread out and get on with it?

Your first port of call with ANY warranty is with the shop that you bought them from. Endura are known to be very good at honouring warranty claims though so you're unlikely to have any problems. If the shop are really looking after you, they should replace right away and then await a replacement from Endura.

My latest pair of humvees aren't fairing too well in the same area and they're triple stiched.

bought in November, I'm far from impressed.

Apart from the rip, they are great, got all three styles now. Worn the 3/4's for about six years. Like all bike gear it gets worn torn etc, but this is a bit crap after just a few months.

i am a big fan of endura having worn it since it first came out; lest see how their warranty lives up, its the first time.
