Superlight shorts split at the seam, no receipt, sent back last week, new shorts here today ๐Ÿ™‚

Had the exactly the same experience - albeit they were singletrack shorts.

Any product may fail - it's how the company deal with it that really matters.

My convert 2 jacket seems to have lost all its breathability! If I send it back will they replace it with a eVent one?!

Shame the team kit they make for us is a different colour every time, the zips are appalling, the stitching tends to come undone in very little time, and most of my jerseys are sewed on the piss! But hey, they've got nice accents ๐Ÿ™‚
