Mixed results- had one query that was met with total blank look as if person did not recognise word 'bicycle', but another guy was mega helpful and even rang me at home to keep me posted on progress of an order.
They gave us a bike to give away at The Hunter's Bar School Fayre so they sit fairly high in my estimations so far...
