Does the freehub have 11 speed road etched on it like this?

If so,you're good to go, if not you'll need a new freehub and end cap kit.

You can get them with 11spd road freehubs.

Sounds like you need a conversion kit then, any bike shop will be able to help.

You could fit the new HG800 11-34 Ultegra level 11 spd cassette - it’s 34T sprocket is dished like the MTB ones, so fits a 10spd Road/MTB 8/9/10/11 freehub body. You may need a new rear mech to work with it though?

Nothings ever simple, by the time I buy the hub, then the road freehub and then the 135x10 adapters I’m into around £125🙁

If it's that much you might as well just buy a brand new hub!

That’s exactly what I was thinking, as it’s for a spare set of wheels for my Vaya I would be better with a new hub, now just to find one at a good price plus I’ll need 135 x 10 hub adapters
