Just acquired a set of DT onyx hubs, had a set of these a few years ago too and they were great, but I never even touched them...
Anyway, curiosity has the better of me, can see how to start taking the rear hub apart, but any clues as for the front? And they are cartridge bearings all round arent they? And what makes them cheaper than the 240's etc? Is it just weight?

When/ if you decide to tackle the rear hub you may need a special tool. I got mine from Ebay, much cheaper than the genuine thing and worked a treat. It took two of us to provide enough muscle to unscrew it though, not easy!
