Want to convert my ss 240 to bolt up (not the rws)

can i use [url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=23845 ]this[/url] and [url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=23969 ]this[/url]? or do i need the bolt thing in the first link?
