Showing some guys round my local trails today and came to a lovely bit of singletrack. Warned the guys about a low fence at the end of the trail and set off at high speed. Have you guessed what happens next? Having such a great time, enjoying the dry and buff st that I forgot about the fence, SLAP, TWANG etc. Flew past the bike and bounced along the trail. Bloody knee and a broken spud. Kept going though 😀
Perhaps changing the title to "The stupid things I do" might be more accurate.
Feel free to add something stupid you've done.

I was cursing not bringing my GoPro last weekend when Tom fell in the stream at Clubbiedean.
One shot a full face motorbike helmet at point blank range with a phosphorous flare. The ricochet missed my face by an inch. Singed my ear on the way passed. Always think back at that moment when attempting something daft.
Balancing on top of a gas canister on it's side, rolling along by walking fast. That's a bad idea. Two or three broken ribs from that one.
Pretty much anything that follows saying something like 'just one more go'
