2 New Frames mainly for the kid so looking to remove the logo's.

The alloy frame is easy and that's stripped raw and currently making some badges from 1mm aluminium plate. The only challenge here is the front wheel is a Spank with a shotpeen coat but I think I can probably just anodise it plain black if I get a big enough container.

The other is a steel DMR and this is more tricky. I'd thought they were stickered on but I can barely feel them with a fingernail and it looks like some form of anodising but a shotpeen type texture.

Given its a steel frame I figured I could just dip them in NaOH whilst masking the rest but the rest looks like the same. The paint doesn't seem very hard as its already scratched from the bike carrier.. so wondering if I'd be better stripping it but I don't think I can afford a proper powder coat at the moment?

So that leaves masking and strip/rattle can the bits stripped in a (complementary colour perhaps) or a vinyl wrap? I'm, not sure either will get the texture depending if the actual frame is shotpeened or if they just created the effect.
