It looks mostly like a collection of spares to me, I suppose Drops on an MTB with slicks as a commuter makes some sense, but it ain't a pretty execution of the concept.

It could be worth a punt for spares if your in the market for some spare bits or a Retro speccy frame project, but I don't think I'd be buying it....

Each to their own I guess.

Yeah they did do Rockhopper FSRs for a couple of years, about 2000-2001 IIRC.
