Sat in my dressing gown, thinking about packing for my trip to Italy tonight, and stuck a bit of daytime TV on. And who should I see on "Helicopter Heroes" but Chris Akrigg talking about his crash and recovery. Who says it's all chavs fighting and strange antique-based game shows...
