has anyone seen some hubs at decent prices on the web im trying to build some cross wheels for a client but im stuggling to get under budget Im looking for hope,dura ace etc or similar types.

Yes, CRC are doings some wingle hubs for £60 the pair! Sold separately.
Dura Ace and Hope hubs are pricey becuase they are Hope and Dura Ace. Cheaper hubs are cheaper because they are not (Ringle included from what I have heard).
Almost unheard of to find either as bargains at retail.
These have gone up by a tenner since I bought a pair, but still a bargain:

Edit: Oh, wait. Probably not as pimpy as you want. Sorry. (Though not convinced that Dura Ace scores much over 105 in the hub department...)
Miche Primato hubs are really good, easily as nice a hope but quite a bit cheaper.
