Is this merely an aesthetic issue?
Some forks that claim to be for integrated headsets look almost exactly the same as those for standard headsets to me.
There arent too many options for standard forks, and im thinking of going with an integrated version on my Ti frame. Will I die?

Won't be a problem - I've done exactly the same with my Litespeed. The integrated Planet-X fork looks fine, possibly helped by the fact that the Cane Creek S2 headset that's in the frame seems quite a large diameter so the fork matches it pretty well.
