I'm currently trying to remove my fee hub body to replace it and the bolt is seized in to the point my 11mm Allen key is starting to round off and ideas how to get the bloody thing undone ???

Had to admit defeat on some of those in the past (not necessarily a bad thing if it gets you a better hub with more readily available spares). Hex key clamped in a big and solid vice, two people to twist the wheel (in the correct direction), maybe a kettle of boiling water down the hub shell to expand the aluminium more than the bolt, and you may shift it, or you may get one almighty crack as the key slips.
