I keep feeling like a kid at Christmas. After 9 months back in the perm world I've felt secure enough to buy a new bike. The only problem is it won't be here until December... Keep getting very excited and then remembering the long wait until delivery. On the other hand it's a Transition Patrol Carbon so hopefully well worth the anticipation.

7 week wait for mine was a bloody nightmare! I always buy stuff on sight so was the first time I have had a fairly lengthy wait, and I had not physically seen what I was getting.Well worth it though! 😀

I've had my current full-suspension bike for 8 years and thought a dignified (semi)retirement might be in order. Sold my road bike and single speed last year, so room was made way ahead of time.
BB is threaded by the way. I'm 6' and I've chosen a large. Will be going for a 40mm stem and think this should work well.
I'm excited for you bud. Shame STW doesn't have a bike check facility like Vital. Love a bit of bike porn me.
