If I go with a latex solution type tubeless setup, can I deflate the tyres, or will the valve get bunged up with latex?

Mine seem to get bunged up over time, but not blocked.

The tip I was given is to remove the valve core and dip the inner end in grease then re-insert. I've never had an issue with blocked valves since.

Hmmph, I tried that one and it never worked for me ๐Ÿ™

Mine get a bit bunged up, but never enough to stop you inflating/deflating them, it just takes longer.

i lube the valve core with something or other, and then am careful to have the valve at 9o'clock or 3o'clock when letting out the air (so all the solution runs to the bottom)
