I think TJ's point is that this would be no way of announcing someone's death to those that knew them.

Druidh, there are such things as pure accidents, where there genuinely is no one at fault and nothing could be done. I think thats pretty rare though, mostly people die because someone ****s up, breaks the law (speeding, stopping distance, negligence, due care blah blah).
