Bit of an odd subject for a book, I can't imagine many people wanting to buy it, but here you go.
You'll find the Road Tax argument down the bottom, in the comments section, where it always is.

Ill thought out... Making cycling out to be more dangerous than it is, and adding more fuel to the separatist debate, not to mention the helmet debate.
Be much better to do one about domestic violence, or the alcohol fuelled Saturday night scrappers.
