Hi

Has anyone done any cycling in Provence? Aside from the legendary road climb up Mt Ventoux which we'll be having a go at (weather depending!), does anyone have any recommendations for good riding areas, off-road or on?

Thanks

Gorge du Verdon and the gorges around Mt Ventoux are all highlights (Gorge Du Nesque -sp?) and another one i forgot the name of.

If you take wiggly routes that take you through Gorde, Lacoste, Forcalquier, Roussillon then its all good

If you can get a copy of Lonely Planets 'Cycling France' book it has a number of smaller tours that can link together.
