So I've decided what I want and found one in a shop. Not my LBS, but one on the interweb.
Me: "Great, I'd like to buy it - cyclescheme ok?"
Shop: "Yup, not a problem"
Me: "Fantastic, how much of a deposit do you want to secure the bike, whilst the paperwork comes through" (None of the model in my size left at the distributors apparently)
Shop: "Sorry, we have no way of reserving bikes bought through the cycleshcheme"
Me: "Eh, but the paperwork may take a couple of weeks to get to you and you may have sold it"
Shop: "Yes, sorry, we have no way of reserving bikes bough through the cycleshcheme"
Me: "So I can't pay a deposit to secure it then"
Shop: "Nope - sorry"
Me: "Ok, thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere"
Oh and its Tredz if anyone is interested 🙁

Speak to someone at cyclescheme and let them contact the shop..
theyre sold out from giant so you'll have to find one in a shop....
Geoffj - if its any help at all, Bike Pro in Kings Heath Brum had one of those in stock late last week.
