Have a look at Tokyo fixed gear there's some repro ones that Ison bring in that seem to be reasonably priced, with loads of other more expensive options, and White Industries at the top end which are beautiful, but mental money...

It's a Tubus Cosmo rack, and Ortleib Roll top Panniers..
Seemed to be the choice of a fair few of those that 'do'

Teetosugars, I'd be interested to hear how rigid your rack is with those long stays reaching down to the seat stays. I anticipate the same problem with my Fargo which has an even more extreme top tub slope.
My Roberts has a horizontal top tube and the stays are pretty short, it makes for a really rigid platform. I don't know why frame designers insist on sloping the top tube knowing that rack stiffness will be compromised. On my old Dave Yates I fitted a Blackburn expedition rack, you could virtually get the rack tight against the rear brake cable and the stays were super short. No flex at all.

The guys at Keep pedalling said they are spotty dog, and I've no reason to argue...
We'll see.

McM - I opted for a similar (but Giant) seat-clamp on my fatbike for the same reason as you've gone for the Salsa offering. The top rack mounts on the 907 are way too low resulting in a long, curved rack stay.
