I'm thinking of heading to Cwmcarn this afternoon, does anyone know how icy it is there?
I'll be riding the DH track and I don't like hitting the big booters on the bottom section when they are covered in ice ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

The main problem is whether the uplift is actually running. It was cancelled on Sunday because of black ice on the road.

Probably in shaded spots, was Minus 2 this morning down the road so probably a bit colder in the valley

I'll be pushing up, so no problem if uplift not running.
Hey Simon, hope you've got heating in your unit!

It's colder up in New Tredegar (where the workshop) is too, gas 'jet engine' heater on full bore up here ๐Ÿ˜€

Cwmcarn WAS icy today but rolling really well and surprisingly grippy
Good ice, not bad ice
Great fun
