Do they sell inner tubes suitable for 2.5 tyres at the visitors centre?
I've checked and it appears I don't have any left and leaving at 6ish tomorrow.

A normal tube will fit a 2.5 tyre without issue. They had those at £5. They may have others.
That was in the new bike shop at the bottom rather than the visitor centre

Yep. In the lower car park. Seems mostly geared up for rentals but ok stock. Decent changing room too.
