My blur has a nasty creak. It seems to emanate from the shock bushings. Last night I greased the axel pivots, all bolts, the outside of the bearings, the bb and all other bolts on bike. Still creaking. The bushings were replace 4 weeks ago. I tightened all bolts. The bearings seem okay and although it's an 2008, it has not had much use.
Any other suggestions?
Cheers
My guess... it's the bearings.
Mine (not a LT but a Blur 4X) need doing every 6months or so but it does get plenty of use.

I guess you must do it yourself. Do you have the specific bearing press tool or is it possible to do it without?
It's a specific tool - ask around mates who've got Blurs (of one form or another), one of them may have the tool.
Sorry, not supposed to be patronising, and it's a long shot, but are you 100% sure your quick release it tight? I've cursed by Blur for developing noises, to find out the quick release has worked itself slightly loose again.
or grit in the headset....stupid comment i know...but one i sorted out awhile ago....****ing annoying as hell
