Lovely. Sounds perfect. I'll see if Mrs PP can do her thing with some food. The pork pies went down well last year, so I'll see if she can do something savoury again.....

Please scroll up and note Its 'The Fisheries' If you are coming from the A46 you will see a sign for Ruskin Mill and cafe, don't turn in here. Keep going up the hill to the next left turning. Peel left and left again into the carpark. Its a bit confusing as the college is called Ruskin Mill is quite a large site with multiple entrances.

Hope you all enjoyed the fantastic weather today, looks set to be dry this way for the week ahead!

Tang,

No camping the night before then? Dammit, was looking forward to that!

Can you recommend a place I could park up at for the night?

I'm going to be in the area (sadly without bike) this is the area I first ventured off road back in the 80's 🙂 so may well rack up in the afternoon to donate/meet some of the Cotswold/STW Massive.

So if you see Ton's body double looking lost its me 😉

Box of assorted Castelli is coming. Cash only at ridiculously cheap prices, cash only and all proceeds to the nominated charities. Nice one Saddleback. If you have any Chris King questions, Ross the main tech guy at Saddleback will be riding.
Just shopped for the Curry, which I'll be cooking when you're riding. I'm going to try to join the ride for a bit if it looks all doable!

Hello. Been away from STW for a while and just found out about this this morning (thanks for the heads up, BB).

I live just round the corner and fortunately have no other plans for today.

Room for a fat slow one at the back?

Great ride, good to see some old faces. Shame I had to bail as the food looked superb! Even had the bonus of being told to "ger off my laaaaand!"

If I spoke to you thanks for letting me talk you to death (I don't get out much)

Curry & accompaniments was delish as was Mrs PP's sausage rolls.

Only just managed to resist the cakes as I have returned to a roast dinner 🙂

qwerty, will have to come out for a local ride with you sometime, there's lots of good stuff round your way I've ridden before but wouldn't have a clue how to find again, and probably much more that I've not done yet.

Can return the favour gladly at the FoD sometime, or pop up and can show you round the Wyre Forest if it's not too wet!

mboy - sounds doable. My emails in profile. Probably best done in the dry! Do you get time off mid week? I can sometimes work 3 out of 5 weekends, varies though.

Second tranche of big thanks to Tang for organising the event, Rickie for being a bloody awesome guide and everyone who came yesterday for, well, turning up. Lovely to meet you all and a great ride.

By the way, Tang, what were the ingredients in the green dressing for the curry? I feel the need to make myself some!
