We have gone for Corfu instead of Menorca. Anyone been mountain biking there? Anyone know any routes?

I went up road and fireroads to the top of the Mt Pantokrator - then got a puncture almost immediately on the way back down - realised we'd forgotten a pump and went back down on the rim with tyre stuffed with grass.
Not my finest biking moment, but a very beautiful ride anyway.
Don't know about singletrack or anything though, so I'm not much help. Sorry.
Have already emailed them. Unfortunately we are the other side of the island. Will see if they get back to me though.
You found grass on Mount Pantokrator?! It's barren up there (but has excellent views of Albania and mainland Greece)!
This was about 12 years ago, I probably had to pick the lot.
Wonderful views of Albania yes - looked like there'd be some great biking/walking over there!
