i ve been told to get some glasses for the occassional times i need them ie when tired on the net, paper work etc but need to be pointed in a direction as this is all new to me, what will convert over from the cycling world ? ideas, also i have a thinner face.

get yourself into a decent opticians and try some on.

Oakley do a range of frames for 'normal' glasses.

You can, or at least you could, get the prescrition and the lens surround in different colours.

cheers cap but i need them for knocking about in, these would be awesome for on the bike but i think i might look a bit funny doing the shopping in them or at work, nice idea tho .
