I think they (and CRC obvs) are permanently overwhelmed. Customer service has dropped off a cliff compared to before the merger.

Bear in mind you might not be dealing with the same person each time you converse
And if you snapped your ti charge cooker and were offered a new frame, free rebuild, collection etc why did you make it almost impossible to be able to sort out
The guys have to deal with an average of 10,000 contact messages a week so there is a high volume of traffic
