Is there another way of contacting planet x other than the live chat ? .. cant see a number or email for contact ?? Received bike today for my lad , very very nice apart from a small paint defect, not mentioned on website, just wrote on received paperwork with bike and a rear wheel that needs truing ? ... apart from that its great 🙂
Just use the live chat on monday morning, they're really helpfull. Takes a few (10 or so) minutes for someone to respond but once there stuff gets resolved pronto.
That is best. If you get stuck let me know. But live chat is straight into CS who can actually resolve.
