i am booked up for chatel in june and was wondering how much off a pounding the bike will take and what spares everyone has took with them in the past.
i am planning on giving the bike a full service and re true the wheels before going. but just dont want to make any schoolboy errors.
anyone got a good bike bag recomendation.

If you are using a bike bag the biggest pounding will be from the baggage handlers. Cardboard box is better.
