Iv removed the outer chainring from my Shimano XT hollowtech 2 and added a bashguard. im thinking of upping the middle ring from 32t to 34t but cant seem to find a shimano XT ring of this size. What are my options? What other brands are compatable or will saint or SLX rings fit instead??

that chainring is 5 bolt?
Xt is 4
