Will a 10sp chain whip fit my campag 11 sp cassette? And, does anyone know which bearings I'm going to need for an Ambrosia Zenith rear hub once I get the cassette off?

Chain whip - I cant see why not, the plates may be slightly smaller on the 11sp, but you're only going to be using it to hold the cassette still. I've use 9sp chain whips on 10sp cassettes fine.
No idea about bearings though.... are they made of custard?
