The same. Links are the same length.

Best to get one with 0.5 rather than the usual 0.75/1.0 - as when 11 speeds stretch they seem to suddenly go IME.

Park Tools changed to 0.5 a while back anyway. Probably when they renewed their deal with the chain manufacturers who were moaning people weren't changing perfectly good chains frequently enough ๐Ÿ˜‰

p.s. as always - chains don't stretch. http://sheldonbrown.com/chain-wear.html

Yes they do. "stretch" means "get longer", which is what happens to the chain. It's the individual side plates that don't stretch.

Ha Ha

Laugh all you like but I've noticed that 11-speed has a different 'approach' to stretch than 9-speed did.

I check my chain whenever I do any maintenance, and had checked it at less than 0.75. A week later (after only one ride) it'd stretched out past 1.0. A new chain just wasn't happy didn't replace anything else), so I put the old one back on, and 3 months later still running fine and when it 'fails' I'll just replace the lot.

The tools don't measure accurately or consistently enough IMO, it's also a bit of a vague science - not every cog will get used the same amount etc
