As per title I'm a large in both brands shorts and a large in castelli race fit jersey... but according to size chart I'm a xl or above🙄 in Assos jerseys .. how accurate is this in real life please folks?

I’m XXXL Castilli and the second biggest size in Assos.

I’m chunky not lanky though.
