I use the pace stuff
Sometimes it is just labelled 'assembly paste' but make sure you use it, it has just cost me money to get my alloy seat post wrenched from a carbon frame which didn't do the post much good but fortunately left the frame intact.
Id recommend finish line stuff too, used it just building up my road bike
Fog, I spent 45 minutes trying to get my seatpost out of my carbon frame. Ended up using a hammer and my massive guns to get the ****er out. Think I ruined the post but the frame seems to be ok. Amazed at just how stuck it was
