They are all pretty tetchy about groups though. Be worth checking,.

We managed to persuade Bruns Farm to let us stay, but had to pay a big noise deposit.

Lanefoot may also be worth a try.

It's gotta be lane foot farm, no problems with big groups and they let you have real fires, at the base of Whinlatter so a little driving or further riding to get to Skiddaw but it is an ace site.

The 2 other main keswick sites are at the same point, Castlerigg, up on the hill. They are both also great sites but much more family based. Last time we were at lanefoot it was full of mtbers.
