As above, am interested in getting a camera bag to hold an SLR and maybe a spare lens or two. Also want to use it to hold general stuff and possibly a water bladder, as hopefully will take it on the odd xc ride.

Not sure if the above is pie in the sky. Are there any decent bags that would do the job - want to order from Amazon as it is a present for me, from someone else, for Christmas, but I need to order to receive next week latest.

Budget max £50.

For a full on camera bag you will be looking closer to the £100 mark.

if your normal riding bag is big enough one of these might work

or something smaller

This is what i use, find it comfy and secure for a full days riding but needed a bit of modification for MTB stuff. Can fit my D5100 as well as two small lenses and a big one, flash setup and normal riding stuff. can be a squeze on long days though. A bit over the budget as well

Try looking at F-stop I got myself a shallow medium ICU and it packs all my stuff 2 lenses, Ext tubes, flash and other gubbins. They'll turn other bags into camera bags and are nowhere near as bulky as a Lowepro.

Thanks jimi, like the look if that evoc. Looks just the job.

Evoc stuff looks expensive, but by all accounts it is well made.
