I'm moving up from 15 minutes riding to half an hour sessions this weekend so I don't think I'll be going too far! (The beginning of rehab on a mullered back.)

Doethie Valley on Sunday. Maybe Cwm Rhaeadr tagged on too as I fancy a bit of Sorrel designed trail centre.

Heading up to Aviemore for the weekend later today. We were going to ride the Burma Rd tomorrow but the weather looks a bit pants. However, if we stay low and maybe mess about in the Rothiemurchus estate it should be a blast. I was going to take Victoria, my P7 to drag me up the steep smooth track on the burma Rd. If we're going to be doing more technical stuff though, maybe I should take Johnny, my Five. Hmm, decisions, decisions.

Penmachno looks to be busy this weekend. I'll be riding both loops tomorrow as I'm only an hour away at the missus' grans in Angelsey. Looking forward to my annual pilgrimage. Depending on how I feel and the time I might ride the Marin too.

Monday I'll be back home and riding in the Peaks. Probably the usual Fairholmes/Ladybower/Whinstone Lee Tor/Win Hill/Rowley/Lockerbrook loop.
