Got a week at the end of October / start of November in Broadstairs, Kent. Any suggestions for some good local riding?
Nothing good in Thanet.
Check Kent Trails on facebook, they do rides near Canterbury & Ashford (Thursdays & most w/e) or further afield Surrey Hills.
There's also Betteshanger Country Park down the road near Deal if you want to follow the arrows around twisty pumpy pedally flat trails.

Also, a bit further afield is Covert Woods in Barham, a little ways off the A20. Easy to find though. The coastal path through Ramsgate, Sandwich, Deal, Kingsdown, St. Margarets, Dover, Folkestone is great if you're up for a longer ride?
Not sure on local loops but when we all went i took my bmx and had some fun here!
