Hello there, anybody doing this?
Anybody know the trails that are likely to be used?
Suitable for SS?

Thanks,

APF

Yes (Stanmer Park, Brighton)
Yes (everything's SS-able if you have the right gear/legs)

Haven't tried to ss it, but as above. To test yourself try out the Coldean section.

It's just outside Brighton. I'm sure a singlespeed will be fine. If you're that worried, bring gears.

hello - stanmer is our home patch. i don't ride singlespeed, but a mate of mine does and i'm sure more of the BrightonMTB crew do too: http://brightonmtb.org/

if you're fit enough to race and ride SS normally, you'll be fine ๐Ÿ™‚

laps are about 5-6 miles each and 2000ft of climbing per lap.

it's all SSable but if you're doing 10 laps on the day it is a lot of climbing...
