The bit that got me was this;
Eventually I had people shouting: "You're a copper, get your earpiece out."
Almost as if the purveyors of stolen goods have something to hide from the police.
Has there ever been a [b][u]non-stolen[/u][/b] bike sold at Brick Lane market, I wonder.

Places like Brick Lane Market, I automatically assume that everything there is stolen.

Thieving scum are thieving scum, wherever they are. But the front they have when caught is unbelievable.
