Ok, need some adaptors for a set of Hayes Stroker Trail.

So brake caliper is 74mm (Post mount?)

I need to fit on the rear for 180mm disc, rear mount point on frame is 51mm (IS?), any idea where from as i guess its IS to Post mount i need?

I also will have a 20mm maxle fork i need to mount a 180mm disc front, so do i need an adaptor that is designed for a 20mm maxle or is it just the same?

Strokers are Post mount:

So you need a "Rear 180mm PM to IS adapter", a per the type 4 adapter from Superstar components (not a recommendation to use them, but the have a picture with all the different mount available):

The 20mm maxle has nothing to do with the fork mount, it's still either POST or IS. Though (obviously) you need a "front" adapter not a "rear"
