goosed my boxxer/charger cartridge install, design fault = put plenty of the lock tight (maybe stronger stuff /blue locktight?)provided on the charger piston rod lower seating washer and ALLOW TO SET, defo a torque wrench job ,THOROUGH degrease of lower seating before hand is a must or suffer a spinning damper rod and no way to to disassemble without destructive dremel job of seating washer.

no probs pass, not a rocket science job but defo make sure lower piston rod internal washer is seated'right up to the hilt' or can possibly thread lower external bolt crush washer combo. learn from my (expensive) mistake 😯

The OP has bought a new charger damper for his rockshox Boxxers.
He's messed up the installation and wanted to let people know so they don't do the same. Then goes on to give brief description of how to not mess it up.
