Bird order turnaround time?

Hi all, I've tried getting some info from Bird but no luck other than to say that my frame should have been dispatched last week but since heard nothing. It was one of the pre-order aeris 9 so have been in the country for 4 weeks according to Instagram posts from Bird. Has anybody ordered in the last few weeks and received their frame/bike? I'm a bit frustrated as it was a frame with in stock shock when ordered and since then have heard sod all from them. I'd rather assumed that the frame only orders would have been out the door asap after landing. Looks like another weekend of good weather with no bike. I'm sure it will be a good bike in the end but the experience so far is leaving me with a fairly bitter taste in my mouth which is going to stick while riding (sounds silly but holds true in my experience).

I'm assuming you guys have received your bikes by now, if so post some pics.

My bike should be arriving this week after I requested a delay due to being in holiday last week and then there was a delay in the Hope hubs delivery to the nest.

Fingers crossed the weather plays nice and I can test ride it one evening this week.
