might be time for firstbus to utilise this approach and offer a direct service between glasgow and the trossachs.

there seems to be very little in the way of public transport connections to the trossachs (puzzling, considering its tourism potential).

might even be quite profitable! 😀

It will be the responsibility of cyclists to load their bicycles onto the carrier on the rear of the vehicle;

how long before one is nicked off the back of a bus at a set of lights?

Any load on a vehicle is the responsibility of the driver, so how will this work if one falls off and (for example) damages a following car.

I don't think they've thought this through fully...

bump - anyone in authority (ie police/highways etc)

What would your take be on a driver saying the load wasn't his responsibility?
